Rear camera on Apple iPhone 6s said to employ 12MP Sony RGBW sensor

According to a few sources, it appears that the rear camera on the next iteration of the Apple iPhone will be a 12MP shooter, a bump from the 8MP camera that adorns the back of the Apple iPhone 6 and Apple iPhone 6 Plus. More information about this camera has leaked out from Asia, and according to these reports Apple will use a sensor built by Sony for the new shooter.
