Octa-core LG G Pad X 8.3 launches tomorrow on Verizon; the carrier's LG G4 arrives on June 4

Verizon Wireless today announced a brand new Android tablet made by LG, while also informing us that its LG G4 smartphone will be available to buy starting June 4 (just as rumored).

Called LG G Pad X 8.3, the new tablet is - as previously reported - the successor to LG's G Pad 8.3 from 2013. It runs Android Lollipop, sports an 8.3-inch Full HD IPS display, and is powered by an octa-core 1.5 GHz processor (probably a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615, though Verizon isn't mentioning this).
