
The Huawei P8 was introduced in London on April 15th and the event was streamed live to a total of 600,000 people watching it on YouTube and iQIYI. The latter is a video platform in China. Putting the strong interest in the handset into numbers, more than 200 unboxing videos for the model were generated in just two weeks (including ours). Those videos produced 1 million views during that time period. During those 14 days, the P8 won six awards from the European media.
